We had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our stay was exceptional. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The service provided, from room service to car hire, was top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, with its proximity to the main tourist attractions and being right in the center of the bustling Medina. Additionally, the hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, spa center, and a beautiful garden area. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The only downside we can think of is that this place was so amazing, we didn't want to leave! We recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the medina. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the Chouwara tanneries, Al-Attarine Medersa, and the Nejjarine Museum of Woodcrafts. The rooms are spacious and stylish, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff, including Ibrahim, Hisham, and Youness, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and concierge services readily available. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the restaurant served delicious meals. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

The only downside to this place is that it can be a bit difficult to navigate in the evenings, but this is a minor inconvenience that should not deter anyone from staying here. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the medina.

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful riad. the staff, especially Manager Ouady and staff Hamid, provided us with exceptional service throughout our stay. They were always available to assist us and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and beautiful, and the traditional decor combined with modern design gave the riad a unique charm. the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the old medina and the restaurant served delicious and affordable meals. Highly recommend this fantastic boutique hotel for a truly unforgettable stay. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful - they helped us with transportation and even arranged a guide for us. The location was perfect as it was right in the center of Medina, close to all the main tourist attractions. The cleanliness of this hotel was spot on, and the facilities including the rooftop terrace were exceptional. Plus, the breakfast spread was huge and delicious. our experience was fantastic as the hotel staff made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Loved the breakfast and dinner, fantastic and delicious! the location is in a quiet area, but still close to the main attractions, which made the stay enjoyable. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything we needed.

I found it hard to navigate through the streets and often felt lost in the city. the location wasn't ideal for me because it was in a less touristic area, which made me feel unsafe at times.

The hotel has a great location in the bustling Medina, near main attractions. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Staff is welcoming, with great attention to detail, and offers wonderful service. Breakfast is delicious with a view of the city.

The rooftop seating area could be more comfortable.

Had a great Xmas at this Riad--food was always delicious and the rooms were beautiful. Located in the heart of the medina so it was very easy to get around. The staff were helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight, with breathtaking views of the city.

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, which made for a less than ideal sleeping experience. the lack of clear directions to the Riad made it difficult to find upon arrival, which was frustrating.
